• Booking Confirmation:
  Confirmation is provided at the time of booking.
• Physical Requirements:
  Participants should have a moderate level of physical fitness.
• Accessibility:
  This tour is not wheelchair accessible.
• Children & Family Policy:
  Child rates apply only when the child is sharing with two paying adults.
  Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the experience.
• Minimum Group Size Requirement:
  A minimum number of travelers is required for the tour to operate.

• Recommended Attire:
  It is recommended to wear cool, light clothing, especially for jungle environments.
  Swimming at the waterfall is optional.*
• Pickup & Meeting Locations (Placencia Area):
  In Placencia Village, pickup is often available at hotels or the municipal dock.
  For guests staying on the Placencia Sidewalk, the meeting point will be the nearest sidewalk exit onto the main road.
  For properties north of Placencia Village, pickup is provided at resorts or rentals located on the main road.
  Travelers are encouraged to share accommodation details in advance so pickup can be arranged accordingly.
• Voucher Presentation:
  Both printed and electronic vouchers are accepted for this activity.
• Other useful information
  For river and cave tubing, clothing and footwear will get wet.

It is always recommended to bring an awesome adventurer's attitude ready to explore, bug repellant, ecofriendly sunblock, personal snacks, a camera, and any medication you need.   Closed-toe shoes are highly recommended for our outdoor activities.  Always bring a towel and change of clothing for after-water activities.
